2024 Fall Registration is open!!
We are very excited to announce that we will be hosting our second annual 3X tournament this fall tentatively scheduled on Sunday, October 20th from 1-3pm at Bellevue HS Stadium! This event will be a substitute for our typical Sunday youth clinics and the cost has been included in the fall registration fee.
The goal of this event is to bring together our Bellevue lax community for a day of lacrosse and fun! Concessions will be provided on site. 3X is a 3v3 half court lacrosse game played with tennis balls and a 3' X 3' goal. Players from all programs with any level of experience are welcome! If you would like to bring a friend from outside the Bellevue lacrosse program they can participate free of charge.

HS Fall Plan:
This year’s fall outline looks a little different and a little similar to the one last year. We HIGHLY encourage our players to participate in fall sports: football, cross country, water polo etc. This is a great way to stay in shape and avoid burnout. If you are not participating in a fall sport this year, we are offering a free off-season workout/conditioning program starting Monday September 9th. Head coach Andy Matthews will be supervising the off-season conditioning. The program will be M/W from 6-7pm at the gym at BHS, with supporting conditioning routines that players will be expected to do on their own. There is no charge to attend these workouts.
On Sundays, starting September 8th, we will be hosting High School Clinics from 12-2pm at BHS Stadium. These clinics will be coached by our talented 7/8 spring coaching staff, including the legend Chris Bergin himself, and will run until Sunday 10/27. We will cover our terminology, basic plays, Bellevue fundamentals, and team building. PLEASE NOTE: all players, regardless of fall sport status, are expected to attend the Sunday clinics this fall. In addition to the clinics, we will be sending ONE HS team to the Emerald Cup and Space Needle Shootout, both at Starfire. The Emerald City Cup will be the weekend of November 1-3, schedule TBD.
Lastly, in November, our high school coaches are able to coach the high school team, and we will be having two weekly practices leading up to the classic Space Needle Shootout (this year’s dates are 12/6-12/8). All registered players are expected to attend both Emerald City Cup and the Space Needle Shootout, unless there is a conflict with a current BHS fall/winter sport.

Our last clinic of the season will be Sunday, 12/1. We will have 5
GELL games this fall will be on Sundays from 9/29-10/27. If we have a large number of participants, then half the team will be at clinics and half the team will play in GELL games. If we do not have the numbers to do a split, then all players will participate in the GELL games. Lastly, in November we will attend WA Love (11/1-11/3) & The Space Needle Shootout (12/6-12/8). We would like to have full participation from our players in those events. We will potentially have some weekday practices leading up to The Space Needle Shootout. Those practices are TBD.
