Fall 2025 Program Overview

High School
We encourage HS players to participate in fall sports like football, cross country, or water polo to stay active and avoid burnout. For those not in a fall sport, we offer free off-season conditioning (Tues/Wed, 5–6pm at BHS gym) starting Sept 9.
One HS team will also compete in the Eastside Box Lacrosse League (EBLL) on Saturdays (9/20–10/25) at Arena Sports in Issaquah. Additional pads required: bicep & rib pads.
In November, during the open coaching window, we’ll practice twice weekly and compete in WA Love (11/1–2) and Space Needle Shootout (12/5–7).

7th/8th Grade
7/8 will play in the EBLL (Sundays, 9/21–10/26). Additional pads required: bicep & rib pads.
In November, we’ll attend WA Love (10/25–26) and Space Needle Shootout (12/5–7), with optional weekday practices TBD.

5th/6th Grade
Sunday clinics (9-11am at BHS) from Sept 7–Dec 1.
5 GELL games on Sundays (9/29–10/27). Players may rotate between games and clinics depending on numbers.
Tournaments: WA Love (10/25–26) and Space Needle Shootout (12/5–7).

Note: All players are expected to attend Bellevue Lacrosse events unless there is a conflict with a current BHS fall/winter sport.
